GOAT Brands acquires remaining stake in kids' nightwear player Frangipani

GOAT Brand Labs (GBL) has acquired the remaining stake in Frangipani, from the founder of the children's nightwear and loungewear brand. The deal is a follow-up on the majority stake acquisition made in 2021. Frangipani was founded in 2012 by Sunaina Patel and Mansi Kilachand.
