Goa’s Tellado Realty divests its hospitality biz to villa rental co. StayVista
Tellado Realty, a luxury developer in Goa, has divested its hospitality business to Mumbai-headquartered villa rental brand StayVista .StayVista will be making its fully-serviced stays available at Tellado’s villa establishments in Assagao, Siolim, Mandrem and Aldona. StayVista aims to build a B2B (business-to-business) vertical, offering facility management, design consultancy and sales services to developers across India.
