Godawari Power to acquire 60% in metal recycling co. R.G. Pigments for Rs.57-Cr

Chhattisgarh-headquartered Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd (GPIL) is to acquire a 60% stake in Rajasthan-based metal recycling company R.G. Pigments for INR 56.75 crore.The acquisition is expected to diversify Godawari Power's business activities into recycling of non-ferrous metal industrial waste. RGP currently has a capacity of 7,500 MTPA and plans to expand to 32,500 MTPA. R.G.Pigments had reported a turnover of INR 46.70 crore in FY24.
