Gokaldas Exports to buy out knitwear co Matrix Design for Rs.489-Cr

Publicly listed, Bengaluru-based apparel manufacturer Gokaldas Exports is to buy 100% stake in Gurugram-based Matrix Design & Industries for INR 489 crore. The equity value, net of debt, is pegged at INR 333.98 crore - a share swap worth INR 247.5 crore and INR 86.48 crore in cash.Post buyout transaction, Matrix’s shareholders will own a 4.31% stake in Gokaldas.
