Good Glamm Group completes acquisition of feminine hygiene brand Sirona for Rs.450-Cr

Mumbai-based Good Glamm Group, which owns the MyGlamm brand of beauty and personal care products, has completed the 100% acquisition of Delhi-based feminine hygiene brand Sirona for INR 450 crore in an all-cash deal.The deal - which was partly closed in 2022 - had witnessed legal dispute after the founders and investors of Sirona issued notices to Good Glamm for not finalising the acquisition as per agreement. In 2022, Good Glamm had agreed to purchase a partial stake in Sirona for INR 100 crore.A new agreement has been signed between the parties after pending payments have been settled, leading to the withdrawal of the legal notices.
