GSS Infotech to acquire farm products retailer Polimeraas for Rs.250-Cr
Listed IT company GSS Infotech Ltd is to acquire fellow Hyderabad-based farm-to-store retail chain Polimeraas valued at INR 250 crore in a cash and stock deal. Post deal, it will expand the Polimeraas network to over 100 stores, besides launching online fulfilment using mobile applications. Polimeraas sells agricultural products, fully processed and semi processed food and other home consumables. It has 75 stores in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
