Happiest Minds acquires US-based Aureus Tech for $8.5 M
Bengaluru-based, publicly-listed IT services company Happiest Minds Technologies, through its wholly-owned American subsidiary Happiest Minds Inc, is to acquire 100% stake in Denver, Colorado (US)-based Aureus Tech Systems LLC .The acquisition involves an upfront cash payment of USD 8.5 million (about INR 71 crore) and earn-outs based on performance.Aureus is a technology solutions provider with presence in the US, India, and Canada. It reported a turnover of USD 8.3 million (about INR 69 crore) in CY2023. It operates in insurance, reinsurance, pharma and medical aesthetics industries.
