Happiest Minds to acquire publisher Macmillan’s Indian offshore devt centre

Publicly listed, Bengaluru-based IT services firm Happiest Minds Technologies is to acquire Macmillan Learning India, a wholly owned ''Offshore Development Centre" and a subsidiary of the US-based publishing firm Macmillan Group, for INR 4.5 crore.
