HCL to acquire US-based analytics-focused Jaspersoft for $240-M
HCLSoftware, the software business division of HCLTech, is to acquire San Francisco, CA (USA)-based Jaspersoft , a business unit of Cloud Software Group and provider of a leading embedded analytics and pixel-perfect reporting platform, for USD 240 million.Jaspersoft enables organisations to create pixel-perfect reports, interactive dashboards and advanced visualisations for government, banking and financial services segments.
