Noida-based, publicly listed IT services major HCLTech is to acquire Singapore-based wealth consulting firm Finergic Solutions in an all-cash transaction valuing the firm at USD 14.7 million (SGD 19 million).Founded in 2019, Finergic focuses on core banking and wealth management transformation and has a presence in Singapore, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and India.Finergic Solutions reported revenue of USD 9.9 million (SGD 12.6 million) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024.
