Healthtech co Innovaccer acquires US-based digital mktg player Cured

Healthtech unicorn Innovaccer has acquired a 100% stake in Colorado, US-based digital marketing and customer relationship management startup Cured . The acquisition is expected to add over 20 health systems and digital health clients to its portfolio of over 95 customers.Founded in 2018 by Andrew Sawyer, Ashmer Aslam, and Rohit Narayan, Cured offers solutions to enable healthcare organisations to engage with their customers to build relationships throughout their care journey. As part of the acquisition, the three founders of Cured will assume leadership roles within Innovaccer and help drive the unicorn’s CRM strategy.Founded in 2014 by Shashank, Kanav Hasija and Sandeep Gupta, Innovaccer became the first Indian healthtech unicorn after bagging USD 105 million Series D funding from Tiger Global in 2021.
