Hexaware acquires 100% stake in GCC enablement co. SMC Squared for Rs.1,029-Cr
Navi Mumbai-headquartered IT services firm Hexaware Technologies has acquired 100% stake in Texas, USA-based SMC Squared for USD 120 million (INR 1,029 crore) in an all-cash deal to expand its play on global capability centres.SMC Squared specializes in optimizing global workforces for companies, offering solutions for teams ranging from 5 to 1000+ members. It focuses on establishing and managing Global Capability Centers (GCCs) that integrate with existing talent strategies.
