Hexaware acquires US-based CyberSolve for $66-M

Publicly listed, Navi Mumbai-headquartered IT services firm Hexaware Technologies is to acquire CyberSolve , a US-based company specializing in identity access management, for USD 66 million. Of the total deal value, USD 34.5 million will be paid upfront, with the remainder structured as milestone payments contingent on performance criteria. 230 employees of CyberSolve, which has offices in the US, Canada, and India, will move over to Hexaware post-merger.Founded in 2016, CyberSolve provides consulting and system integration services, including identity management, identity governance, access management, and privileged access control, having completed over 500 implementations.
