Himadri Speciality Chemical acquires 60% stake in Trancemarine and Confreight Logistics for Rs.4.23

Publicly-listed Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd has acquired a 60% stake in Mumbai-based Trancemarine and Confreight Logistics Pvt Ltd for INR 4.23 crore in cash. Trancemarine will become a subsidiary of Himadri, while Sturdy Niketan Pvt Ltd will become a step-down subsidiary upon completion of the deal.Incorporated in 2011, Trancemarine specialises in ISO Tank Services, offering customs clearance and logistics services for liquid bulk across India and worldwide through a global network.
