Hindustan Foods to acquire Reckitt Benckiser's Baddi plant for Rs.156-Cr

Hindustan Foods Limited (HFL) is to acquire Reckitt Benckiser Health India Pvt Ltd's manufacturing facility in Village Sandholi, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh for INR 156 crore in cash. This acquisition is expected to enhance HFL's offerings in the OTC Healthcare and Wellness segment. The facility manufactures a variety of OTC health and wellness products and skin creams. All the employees will be transferred to HFL as part of the acquisition.
