Hotel Leela acquires Coorg resort for Rs.560-Cr
Mumbai-based Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts has acquired a luxury resort in Coorg for INR 560 crore, marking its entry into the nature-led and wellness-anchored hospitality sector.The Coorg resort comprises 71 villas spread across 76 acres, with an additional 54 acres available for expansion.The company plans to add 19 more villas in Phase I, increasing the inventory to 90 villas. The resort is projected to achieve a stabilised revenue between INR 165 crore and 175 crore.
