IDAM Wellness acquires pets' ayurvedic products maker Petveda
IDAM Natural Wellness Pvt Ltd, the parent company of Bella Vita Organic, has acquired fellow Gurugram-based Petveda, a brand providing ayurvedic health and grooming solutions for pets, to enhance its reach in the pet care industry. Petveda offers a line of natural grooming solutions for pets that are said to be sulfate and paraben-free. Post acquisition, it will continue to develop pet care solutions besides launching a range of supplements for pets.
