IKS Health acquires US-based healthcare BPO AQuity for $200-M

IKS Health, a Mumbai- and Dallas, TX (USA)-based healthcare BPO has acquired AQuity Solutions, a Cary, NC (USA)-based provider of tech-enabled clinical documentation, medical coding, and revenue integrity solutions, for USD 200 million. AQuity employs over 8,000 virtual scribe and document capture specialists, medical coders, and revenue integrity experts in multiple specialties across the United States, India, Australia, and Canada. IKS Health services the ambulatory (outpatient) market in the US where it takes care of administrative, clinical, and financial support services to doctors and clinics.
