iLink Digital acquires Dubai-based automation services enabler FourNxt
USA- and India-based iLink Digital has acquired FourNxt , a Dubai-headquartered Robotic Process Automation (RPA)-focused IT Services firm with operations in the UAE and India. SA Global Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to iLink Digital on the deal.Founded in Dubai by Karthik Pillai, FourNxt specializes in hyperautomation and AI-led digital transformation, supported by a 70-member delivery team in India (including via its offices in Thiruvananthapuram and Bengaluru). The company offers enterprise solutions across the Middle East and Europe and a proprietary AI governance platform called HyperTransform.Post-acquisition, FourNxt will integrate into iLink’s global AI business solutions unit, enhancing delivery capabilities in generative AI, intelligent automation, and low-code platforms.
