iLink Digital acquires robotic process automation focused InnoWise
Seattle, WA (USA)-based IT Services firm iLink Digital has acquired Pune, India- and Houston, TX (USA)-based InnoWise, which specialises in robotic process automation (RPA) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions. SA Global Advisors served as the exclusive advisor to iLink Digital on the acquisition.
From the Venture Intelligence M&A Deals Database: In Mar-21, iLink Digital had acquired a majority stake in Dazeworks, a Cochin-headquartered Salesforce implementation specialist. SA Global Advisors had advised iLink on that deal as well.
