Imagicaaworld to acquire Ahmedabad theme park for Rs.75-Cr

Mumbai-based Imagicaaworld Entertainment Ltd (IEL) is to acquire a 100% stake in Ahmedabad-based Malpani Parks for a valuation of INR 75 crore. The transaction will be executed through a combination of share purchase and fund infusion towards liabilities.This move will enable IEL to develop India's largest waterpark, marking its third venture in Gujarat.
