Imarticus Learning acquires Bells Institute of Higher Learning
Mumbai-based Edtech firm Imarticus Learning has acquired Singapore-based Bells Institute of Higher Learning for INR 800 crore. This deal marks the first international acquisition for the firm and designates Singapore as its primary hub for operations across Southeast Asia.Founded in 2008, Bells is dedicated to equipping Singaporeans with the skills and knowledge needed to build successful careers and their learning programmes are supported by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and Workforce Singapore (WSG), government initiatives that empower individuals to build fulfilling careers in a future-ready workforce.Imarticus Learning intends to use the integration of Bells to gain access to learners throughout Southeast Asia. The acquisition expands the firm’s portfolio to include enterprise learning, artificial intelligence, data analytics, technology, and workforce development.
