India Cements sells its stake in Industrial Chemicals and Monomers for Rs.98-Cr

Publicly-listed India Cements has divested its entire stake in its subsidiary Industrial Chemicals and Monomers Limited (ICML) to Chennai-based Mirai Sensing Pvt Ltd for INR 97.68 crore.Prior to the divestment, ICML has suspended its operations owing to the business becoming unviable.
