Indoco Remedies acquires 85% stake in US pharma co FFP Holding for $4-M

Mumbai-headquartered, publicly listed Indoco Remedies has acquired 85% stake in US-based FPP Holding Company LLC for USD 4 million (about INR 32 crore) from Contract Pharmacal Corp. FPP is the holding company of Florida Pharmaceutical Products LLC, engaged in the marketing and distribution of generic pharmaceutical products in the US. It brings with it licences to all states, improving Indoco's access to newer markets.
