Industrial equipment maker Thermax to acquire Buildtech Products for Rs.72-Cr
Industrial equipment manufacturer Thermax is to acquire 100% stake in Mumbai-based construction chemicals maker BuildTech Products India for about INR 72 crore. Singhi Advisors was the transaction advisor to the acquirer on the deal.Founded in 1995, Buildtech Products manufactures admixtures, accelerators and capsules used in tunnels, infrastructure and railway projects.
