Info Edge acquires recruitment SaaS firm Zwayam for Rs.61-Cr
New Delhi-based, publicly-listed Info Edge India Ltd, which operates recruitment portal Naukri.com, is to acquire 100% of the share capital of Bengaluru-based Zwayam Digital Pvt Ltd for INR 61 crore in cash. Zwayam provides SaaS-based sourcing and screening recruitment solutions and end-to-end recruitment solutions with configurable plug-and-play modules. The acquisition is aimed to help Naukri consolidate its position in the online recruitment solutions segment. For FY21, Zwayam posted a turnover of INR 6.46 crore.
