Infosys acquires 75% stake in Telstra IT Services unit Versent for $153-M
Bengaluru-based IT services firm Infosys is to acquire a 75% stake in Melbourne (Australia)-based telecommunications and technology company Telstra’s unit, Versent Group , for around USD 153 million in an all-cash transaction. Telstra will retain a 25% stake in Versent.Founded in 2014, Versent Group delivers cloud and digital transformation. In FY25, Versent reported revenues of AUD 211.4 million.
