Inox Clean Energy buys Vena's India energy biz for Rs.6,000-Cr
Noida-based Inox Clean Energy (ICE) is to acquire Bengaluru-headquartered Vena Energy India's 6 GW renewable energy portfolio for about INR 6,000 crore. The portfolio comprises 1.2 GW of operational renewable energy assets, 1.8 GW of projects nearing commissioning, and an additional 3 GW of development-stage projects spread across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.ICE generates green power and manufactures solar equipment such as cells and modules through two companies - Inox Neo Energies and Inox Solar
