Inox Green to divest 100% stake in Nani Virani SPV

Publicly listed Inox Green Energy Services (IGESL) is to divest 100% stake in Nani Virani Wind Energy Pvt Ltd SPV (special purpose vehicle). The SPV, which is a 50 MW operational wind farm in Gujarat, was commissioned in May 2023. The divestment is part of IGESL's decision to become debt-free and shift towards an asset-light annuity O&M business.
