International accounting firm KNAV acquires UK’s Aventus

Global accounting and consulting firm KNAV has merged UK-based Aventus Partners Ltd with itself, in a move aimed at reinforcing its cross-border delivery capabilities and strengthening the India-UK-US-Europe corridor. The integration of Aventus brings four partners and 27 professionals into KNAV’s UK operations, strengthening local on-ground capabilities.Aventus brings 4 partners and 27 professionals with capabilities in audit and assurance, tax advisory, financial reporting and outsourced finance team services.
