Investment consultant Capital IQ acquires Karman Drones for Rs.75-Cr
Capital IQ, an investment consultancy firm, has acquired Noida-based Karman Drones , which specialises in indigenous designs for defence and civil purposes, at a valuation of INR 75 crore.Karman Drones has developed four drones: Pratham (for the civil sector) and Pratham Pro (for the defence sector), Tethered Drones for 24-hour continuous monitoring, and Long Endurance VTOL (vertical take-off and landing) Fixed Wing Drones. The company is currently working on developing Kamikaze drones with VTOL and recovery capabilities.
