ITC gets CCI’s nod for acquisition of Century Pulp & Paper

ITC Ltd has received approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for its proposed acquisition of the pulp and paper business of Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd (ABREL) which operates as Century Pulp & Paper . The transaction involves acquiring the entire pulp and paper undertaking as a going concern on a slump sale basis.
