ITC Infotech to acquire parts of US-based PTC's product lifecycle management business

Bangalore-based ITC Infotech is to acquire a portion of Nasdaq-listed, Boston, MA (USA)-based PTC's product lifecycle management (PLM) implementation services business. The companies would work together to deliver implementation services PTC's “Windchill” PLM software to existing PTC customers as well as help move new customers from on-premises implementation of Windchill to the SaaS model.
