Japan’s NTT DATA to buy cloud engineering co. Niveus Solutions

Tokyo-headquartered digital business and IT services firm NTT DATA is to acquire Niveus Solutions , a Udupi, Karnataka-based cloud engineering company specialising in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.Niveus Solutions will add 1,000 GCP engineering professionals with expertise in GCP native modernisation, data engineering, and AI to enhance NTT DATA’s Google Cloud Business Unit.Niveus Solutions is a boot-strapped cloud engineering services organisation founded by Suyog Shetty, Rashmi George, Roshan Bava, and Mohsin Khan. It has expertise across financial services, manufacturing, automotive, retail, and logistics segments and will support NTT DATA to deliver specialised industry cloud platform solutions.
