JB Chem to buy 4 paediatric brands from Dr Reddy's Labs for Rs.98-Cr

JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals is to acquire four paediatric brands from fellow publicly listed Dr Reddy's Laboratories for about INR 98 crore. The acquired brands are Z&D, Pedicloryl, Pecef and Ezinapi – meant for the India market. The combined sales of these brands stood at around INR 33 crore for FY22.
