Jindal Stainless acquires Rathi Super Steel for Rs.200-Cr

Jindal Stainless, which had acquired debt-laden Rathi Super Steel for around INR 200 crore through the debt resolution process earlier in the year, is planning to invest INR 100 crore more in the target company over the next two years.
