Josts Engineering to sell materials unit JECL for Rs.73-Cr

Publicly listed Josts Engineering is to sell its Mumbai-based material subsidiary, JECL Engineering Ltd, to Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra-based Rahul Dhoot for INR 73 crore, which includes INR 72 crore for the share sale and an additional INR 1 crore for trademark assignment.JECL specializes in the design, manufacture, and supply of material handling equipment and industrial storage solutions. It focuses on enhancing operational productivity through products like platform trucks, trolleys, conveyors, and lifting equipment for industrial applications.
