JSW Infrastructure to acquire majority stake in PNP Maritime Services for Rs.270-Cr

Publicly listed JSW Infrastructure (via its subsidiary JSW Dharamtar Port) is to acquire an over 50% stake (10,00,001 equity shares) in PNP Maritime Services (PNP Port) from SP Port Maintenance Private Ltd, a Shapoorji Pallonji Group company, for INR 270 crore. PNP Port is located at Shahbaj, Raigad district, Maharashtra. JSW Infrastructure intends to upgrade PNP Port facilities and expand its capacity from current 5 MTPA to 19 MTPA (million tonne per annum) in a phased manner.
