Jupiter Electric Mobility buys Log9’s battery units for rail & truck segments
Kolkata-headquartered Jupiter Electric Mobility (JEM), a subsidiary of Jupiter Wagons Ltd, has acquired Log9’s Railway and Electric Truck Battery divisions, including its manufacturing facility in Devanahalli, Bengaluru. The deal includes the transfer of engineering and production teams from Log9 to JEM.The deal will benefit the acquirer firm’s electric truck segment through backward integration.
