K Raheja Corp buys Sobo Central Mall from Kishore Biyani-promoted co for Rs.476-Cr

Kishore-Biyani promoted Bansi Mall Management Company, which owned the Sobo Central Mall in Mumbai’s Haji Ali area, has sold the property to K Raheja Corp for INR 476 crore as part of a debt resolution plan. The plot area is 5,357 sq m, and the built-up area is 11,453 sq m, including the common area and facilities.
