K Raheja Group’s Inorbit Malls to acquire 2 Prozone Malls for Rs.1,300-Cr

Inorbit Malls, a subsidiary of K Raheja Corp, is to acquire two malls from Prozone Group . The malls are located in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad) and Coimbatore, for about INR 1,300 crore.This acquisition will add approximately 1.2 million sq ft to Inorbit Malls' existing portfolio, which currently operates close to 3.8 million sq ft across Mumbai, Hubballi, Vadodara, Visakhapatnam, and Hyderabad.
