Kandhari acquires Wave Beverages’ Coke bottling ops for Rs.1,000-Cr

Gurugram-based Kandhari Global Beverages has acquired Amritsar-based Wave Beverages' bottling operations for US-based soft-drinks maker Coca-cola (Coke) for INR 1,000 crore.The acquisition involves Kandhari Global Beverages taking over Wave Beverages' bottling operations in parts of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.

In Jan-2024 Kandhari Global Beverages had acquired Coke bottling operations in Rajasthan, Bihar, North-East and parts of West Bengal. In Mar-2025, it acquired Coke’s operations in North Gujarat.
