Karam Group acquires safety products biz of South Africa-based HSC Solutions

Noida-based industrial safety equipment focused Karam Group has acquired specific assets (relating to safety products) of South Africa-based HSE Solutions, a division of the UK-based Sturrock and Robson Group. The deal includes purchase of identified assets (being, stock and inventory), transition of employees, transfer of intellectual property, proprietary information, and usage of the HSE brand names.
