Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions acquires JV partner Cornerstone's 45% stake in talent management co

Mumbai-based Dharma Productions, promoted by Karan Johar, has acquired Cornerstone’s 45% stake in their joint venture, Dharma Cornerstone Agency. With this, Dharma Productions gets full control and ownership of the talent management LLP.Dharma Cornerstone Agency , established in 2020 that represents actors such as Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, and Tiger Shroff. The JV reported a turnover of INR 110 crore for FY25, an increase from INR 77 crore in FY24. Net profit for FY25 was INR 12 crore, compared to INR 14 crore in the previous year.Cornerstone Sport and Entertainment will continue to operate independently, managing talents like KL Rahul, Sidhant Chaturvedi, Sania Mirza, and Manu Bhaker, and plans to scale its presence across sports, entertainment, and digital talent.
