KFin Technologies to acquire enterprise product devt & design co WebileApps for Rs.11-Cr
Hyderabad-based financial services platform KFin Technologies will acquire WebileApps (India) Pvt Ltd, also headquartered in Hyderabad, for INR 11 crore. Post-investment, WebileApps would be a wholly-owned subsidiary of KFintech. WebileApps specialises in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and mobility solutions for the banking and financial services industry (BFSI). The acquisition is expected to integrate KFintech's domain knowledge with WebileApps' technical expertise, offering clients products and platforms having potential to unlock new revenue streams and markets.
