L&T Realty Properties acquires 100% stake in NCR’s IGSL for Rs.1,123-Cr
Mumbai-based L&T Realty Properties , a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, has acquired a 100% stake in Gurugram-based International Green Scapes (IGSL) for INR 1,123 crore. This marks L&T Realty Properties' first land acquisition in the NCR micro-market.Founded in 1993, International Green Scapes owns 20 acres of land in the National Capital Region (NCR). The land has a potential of about 3.6 million sq ft.
