L&T to transfer data centre and cloud biz to group firm Vyoma.AI for Rs.1,400-Cr
Listed engineering firm Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is to transfer its data centre and cloud services business to its wholly owned subsidiary Vyoma.AI , for INR 1,400 crore. L&T's data centre business had reported operating revenue of INR 36.6 crore for FY26. Its Net Worth is placed at INR 1,142 Cr.L&T will also divest another wholly owned subsidiary, L&T Network Services, to Vyoma for INR 30 crore. L&T Network Services reported an operating revenue of INR 1.86 crore and has a net worth of INR 18.31 crore.
