Mahindra Holidays acquires Finnish real estate co. KKOSS for Rs.2.34 Cr

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd (MHRIL) has acquired a 100% stake in Keskinainen Kiinteisto Oy Salla Star (KKOSS) for INR 2.34 crore through its wholly owned subsidiary Holiday Club Resorts Oy (HCR) in Finland.KKOSS is a Finnish mutual real estate company (MREC). It is primarily in the business of owning and managing the property located in Block 26 in the village of Markajarvi, in the municipality of Salla, Finland.
