Mahindra Holidays to acquire Karnataka’s Aditatva Estates for Rs.37.5 Cr

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd is to acquire a 100% stake in Davangere, Karnataka-based Aditatva Estates Pvt Ltd for INR 37.5 crore.Aditatva Estates runs a coffee plantation business, operating on a 50-acre land parcel in Chikmagalur. Mahindra Holidays intends to use this acquired land for the development of a leisure resort.
