Mahindra Lifespaces to acquire remaining 26% stake in Mahindra Homes for Rs.86-Cr

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (MLDL) will acquire the remaining 25.65% stake in Mahindra Homes Pvt Ltd (MHPL) from Actis Mahi Holdings (Singapore) Pvt Ltd (AMHSPL). The transaction is valued at INR 86.40 crores.MHPL is involved in the development of residential projects. MLDL develops residential projects under the ‘Mahindra Lifespaces’ and ‘Mahindra Happinest’ brands and develops integrated cities and industrial clusters. Post acquisition, MHPL will transition into a wholly owned subsidiary of MLDL.
